OFFICE LOCATION: Bohemia, NY

What You’ll Do

As a Recruiting Coordinator you’ll play a critical role in building our team across a multitude of roles that drive our business forward. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to start a career in tech recruiting, learn how high-growth startups hire, and work closely with hiring managers, and leadership. 

You’ll support the full recruiting lifecycle—from finding top talent to creating a seamless candidate experience—while gaining hands-on exposure to technical and non-technical hiring in an AI SaaS environment.

  • Source and engage candidates across roles including engineering, product, sales, and operations
  • Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating across multiple time zones
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS (Greenhouse)
  • Conduct initial screens to assess candidates for the role and also educating them on us and what we are building here at Flip
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience at every stage with a focus on quality and volume for our evergreen.roles
