Telecommunications Construction Positions (Aerial Lineman, Driller, Civil

Job Summary

We are seeking skilled professionals for various Telecommunications Construction positions, including Aerial Lineman, Driller, Civil Foreman, and Laborers. The ideal candidates will possess the necessary skills in Telecommunications Construction, a solid understanding of safety protocols, and the ability to read and interpret work plans.

Available Positions & Responsibilities:

1. Aerial Lineman

• Install poles and perform transfers of drops and strand.
• Read and interpret work plans and schematics.
• Ensure safe and efficient job execution while maintaining quality standards.

2. Driller

• Mark running lines and conduct drilling operations.
• Coordinate backend work related to drilling activities.
• Collaborate with laborers to ensure proper connections for drill lines.

3. Civil Foreman

• Oversee and coordinate construction projects, managing both drillers and laborers.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and project timelines.
• Conduct quality control inspections and communicate project status.

4. Laborers

• Assist drillers with connections for drill lines.
• Support Aerial Linemen in installation tasks.
• Complete backend work, and backfilling
• Read and interpret work plans to carry out assigned duties.

Skills (All Positions):

• Proven experience in Telecommunications and/or Construction.
• Strong ability to read work plans and schematics.
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and safety regulations on construction sites.
• Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and client interaction.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications (All Positions):

• Relevant experience in Telecommunications Construction (specific requirements may vary by role).
• Confined Space certified (preferred for relevant roles).
• First Aid certified (preferred for relevant roles).
• Trenching and Excavation certified (preferred for relevant roles).
• Must possess a valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
