Social Copywriter

We re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can turn creative briefs into visually stunning ideas and guide a team of designers to bring them to life with consistency, passion, and flair.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative visualization process for campaigns, branding projects, social media, and digital collaterals.
• Translate concepts into impactful designs across mediums digital, print, and video.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and client servicing teams to deliver cohesive and effective visual communication.
• Mentor and manage a team of junior visualizers and designers inspiring, guiding, and reviewing their work.
• Maintain design excellence and consistency across projects.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to keep our visual game strong and fresh.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a creative/advertising agency.
• At least 3 years of experience in leading or managing a creative/design team.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work (branding, social media, campaigns, etc.).
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
• Deep understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
