About the Role
We are seeking a visionary Global Director of Technical Talent Acquisition to lead our talent acquisition teams, in partnership with our regional TA leaders.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can thrive in a rapidly changing environment, has experience building technology teams, and who seamlessly blends high-level planning with hands-on execution, while providing data driven insights to evaluate and enhance the way we attract, engage, hire and retain talent. In addition to being an expert in their craft, this leader will need to possess a high degree of judgement and emotional intelligence.
In this role, you will define our global technical talent acquisition strategy in partnership with regional talent acquisition leaders, and business leaders. You will build strong relationships with business partners, mentor & inspire talent acquisition partners and talent operations on best practices, set key metrics and KPIs for our talent acquisition team, and create strategies for building a qualified, diverse pipeline of candidates for our positions.
This is a full-time hybrid position based in our Oakland Office. Expect to be in the office two days a week to collaborate with our leaders and teams onsite. Travel several times a year may be needed to attend team meetings, leadership training and off-sites. The role will report into the Global VP of Talent Acquisition.

What You’ll Do
- Build a head count, hiring and resource strategy and plan for all our hiring needs in partnership with finance, HR, and our business leaders
- Manage and build a team of Talent Acquisition Partners creating clear team and individual hiring targets and goals, coaching the team on strategies to reach those goals and leading the recruiting team to success.
- Be accountable for overall team goals in line with industry benchmarks, measure recruiting reporting on a weekly/monthly/quarterly cadence, and make decisions informed by data. Produce an executive facing Monthly Business Review (MBR)
