About the Role
Fivetran is looking for a highly driven, strategic and proactive Global Benefits Senior Manager to join the People Team. Reporting to the VP of Total Rewards, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and execution of our roadmap for Global Benefits and Wellbeing aligned to our organizational goals.

This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Oakland, CA office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
What You'll Do
- Utilize your experience and expertise of benefits and project management to manage projects from initial concept through delivery
- Coordinate resources to ensure projects are delivered both on time and accurately
- Effectively manage multiple, complex projects and deadlines, collaborate with internal and external team
- Serve as the subject matter expert on benefit programs; resolve complex benefit issues, escalations and close them in a timely manner.
- Manage and oversee global compliance and audit related tasks, including reviewing plans for updates and implementing necessary changes to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Facilitate annual audits for benefits, prioritizing changes or improvement plans as needed.
- Provide oversight for 401K and Pension plans to ensure compliance and effective management.
- Conduct effective vendor management activities, including regularly scheduled vendor partner meetings to review improvement opportunities and employee satisfaction, monitor service-related performance guarantee results, execute service improvement plans when necessary, and lead the implementation of new benefit vendors and program changes
- Gather and analyze benchmarking information to ensure our benefit programs are market competitive, and partner with brokers to conduct annual benefit evaluations and provide recommendations on alignment with the global benefits strategy, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

- Support HR Ops partners with any escalated leave and accommodation requests, offering guidance on compliance requirements
