Job Description

We're looking for a reliable, organized, and people-oriented Office Manager to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update the appointment calendar for installation teams
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with all customers throughout the project lifecycle
  • Order materials, track deliveries, and coordinate with vendors
  • Support daily office operations and assist with administrative tasks

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as an office manager or in an administrative role
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Calendar, CRM software, and spreadsheets
  • Self-motivated with a problem-solving attitude
  • Experience in home services, remodeling, or construction
