We're looking for a reliable, organized, and people-oriented Office Manager to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update the appointment calendar for installation teams
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with all customers throughout the project lifecycle
- Order materials, track deliveries, and coordinate with vendors
- Support daily office operations and assist with administrative tasks
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an office manager or in an administrative role
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using tools like Google Calendar, CRM software, and spreadsheets
- Self-motivated with a problem-solving attitude
- Experience in home services, remodeling, or construction
