Role and Responsibilities of Sales Consultant:

As a member of the Five Below team, your core duties will involve delivering outstanding customer service and assisting in the smooth running of store operations to ensure a fun and inviting shopping experience for all.

• Engage attentively with customer inquiries and issues, responding with understanding and expertise.
• Showcase knowledge of products, recommend selections, and offer effective problem-solving strategies to satisfy customer demands.
• Strengthen customer engagement by advertising store events, promotions, and activities to enhance interaction.
• Politely attend to customer concerns and provide alternative options when suitable.
• Share insights on replenishing inventory and customer feedback with the managerial staff.
• Work collaboratively with your team to reach the store and company goals successfully.

Qualifications for Sales Consultant:

• Participants must have celebrated their 16th birthday to be eligible.
• Demonstrating flexibility with availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient in the utilization and understanding of technology like registers and mobile devices.
• Proficient in customer care and possessing strong communication skills.
• Talent for efficiently and professionally managing and resolving issues.
• Eagerness to gain knowledge through workplace training.

Essential Job Functions of Sales Consultant:

• Execute cash register operations and manage customer transactions.
• Handle and position products of up to 25 pounds in weight and access shelves that are 10 feet in height.
• Utilize ladders to reach heights, bend, twist, and stoop in tasks involving stocking and customer assistance.
• Interact through face-to-face interactions and phone calls with customers, coworkers, and managers.
• Regularly traverse between sales sections and storage areas.
• Keep your focus sharp and maintain an upright stance for prolonged periods.
• Display a willingness to adjust your schedule flexibly, which might involve working overnight hours.
