Role and Responsibilities of Retail Store Associate:

Qualifications for Retail Store Associate:

• Individuals who are at least 16 years of age are eligible to enter.
• Open availability, which includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.

• Strong aptitude for customer service and effective communication skills.

Essential Job Functions of Retail Store Associate:

• Carry out cashier responsibilities and process customer transactions accurately.
• Maneuver and stack goods that are up to 25 pounds in weight and reach shelves that are 10 feet tall.
• Scale ladders and execute bending, twisting, and stooping movements when restocking items and helping customers.
• Engage in verbal communication with customers, colleagues, and supervisors, either in person or over the phone.
• Regularly traverse between sales sections and storage areas.
• Concentrate and stay upright for an extended duration.
• Demonstrate the ability to be flexible in terms of scheduling, potentially including working overnight.
