About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and certified Yoga Trainer who is fluent in Malayalam to conduct online yoga sessions for our clients. The ideal candidate will guide clients through live virtual classes, ensuring proper technique, safety, and an engaging experience, while communicating comfortably in Malayalam.
Responsibilities
- Conduct live online yoga sessions ( group) via video call
- Guide clients on breathing techniques, postures (asanas), and relaxation methods
- Design session plans based on client goals, age, and fitness levels
- Monitor client progress remotely and adjust programs accordingly
- Ensure smooth technical delivery (good lighting, camera angle, stable internet)
- Communicate effectively with Malayalam-speaking clients
Requirements
- Certified Yoga Instructor (RYT-200/500 or equivalent certification)
- Fluency in Malayalam (spoken) —
- Prior experience teaching yoga, preferably online
- Stable internet connection and a quiet, well-lit space for sessions
- Own laptop/smartphone with camera for video calls
- Strong communication skills and patience with clients of varying levels
Preferred
- Experience with [Hatha / Vinyasa / Ashtanga / Prenatal / Therapeutic yoga — specify styles]
- Familiarity with Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms
- Additional certifications in meditation or pranayama
