Our team supports franchise owners across the country with proven systems, marketing strategies, and operational excellence. We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to help elevate our marketing infrastructure and drive results across our brands.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Automation Specialist to support and optimize our automated marketing systems.

This role is ideal for a “technical creative” who enjoys both the structure of CRM automation and the craft of writing compelling marketing messages. You will play a key role in shaping the customer journey from first touchpoint through long-term engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Workflow Support & Development: Build, manage, and optimize automated lead nurturing sequences and CRM workflows
• Content Creation: Write email, SMS, and landing page copy aligned with brand voice and campaign goals
• Platform Management: Support administration of our marketing automation platform (GoHighLevel or similar)
• Quality Assurance: Test campaigns, links, triggers, and logic to ensure a seamless user experience
• Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve funnels, engagement, and conversion rates

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience with GoHighLevel or similar platforms (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, etc.)
• Strong writing skills with the ability to drive action and engagement
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Logical thinker with an interest in automation and customer journeys
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Recent graduates with relevant internships or hands-on experience are encouraged to apply
