We are looking for motivated and passionate candidates to join as Junior Developer (Trainee) and grow into full-time Software Developers.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in developing applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React
• Support backend API development and database integration
• Assist in frontend development using React.js
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Debug, test, and fix issues under guidance
• Work on real-time client projects
• Learn and follow development best practices

Required Skills

Mandatory:

• Good knowledge in Java
• Understanding of Spring Boot
• Basic knowledge of React.js
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Basic understanding of REST APIs
• Knowledge of SQL or PostgreSQL
• Strong willingness to learn and grow

Preferred

• Knowledge of Git
• Familiarity with Linux
• Understanding of software development lifecycle

Eligibility

• B.Tech / B.E / MCA / BCA / M.Sc Computer Science or related field
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year experience
• Good logical and problem-solving skills

Stipend & Career Growth

• Stipend: ₹5,000 per month for 6 months (Trainee period)
• Based on performance, candidates will be offered full time Junior Developer position
• Salary after confirmation will include a standard industry hike based on performance
