We are hiring for recruiters on Contract.

Job Description:-

• Responsible medium-sized recruiting or large recruiting pipeline. Meeting recruiting targets and providing regular status reports
• Expertise into Bulk/Volume hiring
• Screen applications and select candidates at front line level
• Conduct interviews
• Exposure of managing multiple high priority business ramps across towers & skillsets; closing them as per business timelines
• Ensure all paper work is received and completed according to policy
• Discussing and issuing offer letters, handling grade, salary fitments.
• Responsible for post offer management
• Act as an escalation point to business stakeholders for all recruiting related questions and concerns
• Administer referral process of applicants
• Provide external marketplace information to Recruiting Leadership
• Update and utilize recruiting databases and tools
• Review recruit files for completeness
