Loan Officer(Associate Relationship Manager)

Description： This is a full-time position. Working Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM (one-hour lunch break). We are seeking an experience positive, detail oriented and self-motivated team player. Key Duties & Responsibilities： Conduct Loan Credit Analysis / Research Prepare loan applications and process all appropriate documents Monitor and administer loan portfolios and update account records Administer and maintain loan and security files; ensure all required documents are in place in the files Ensure loans are approved and maintained in compliance with the bank’s policy and procedures, as well as operate compliance with laws and regulations Maintain and monitor client business relationship Remain appraised of local economic conditions Other administrative work and reports on loans Requirements： 1-year minimum experience working in a lending capacity in the banking sector. Post-secondary with study in Finance and Accounting an asset. Desirable Skills & Experience Broad knowledge of lending laws and regulations. Strong ability to perform detailed work under time constraints while maintaining a high degree of accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication. Proficient in Word and Excel.
