Job description:

Colabora con los Oficiales de Programas en la validación de indicadores clave en las comunidades, asegurando el cumplimiento de los contratos o convenios.
Escalar de inmediato los problemas o riesgos que requieran atención especial.
Contar con la capacitación, competencia y autoridad pertinentes antes de emprender actividades.
Contribuir en monitorear los programas de capacitación y desarrollo de los miembros de la comunidad, particularmente la transferencia de habilidades y el entrenamiento dentro del equipo para garantizar las competencias y los comportamientos requeridos y relacionados a su área.
Asegurar la transferencia formal de los proyectos a los beneficiarios finales y/o instituciones con las respectivas corresponsabilidades del mantenimiento que los mismos deben complementar como receptores de la obra donada.
Realiza seguimiento e informe de las actividades de mejora continua para ofrecer un rendimiento operativo mejorado.
Realizar otras tareas relacionadas e inherentes al cargo según se requiera.
