Customer Support Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve clients through various communication channels including ticketing, phone calls, live chats, and social media in a timely manner.
- Stay informed about new product features and enhancements as well as industry trends in web development.
We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills who can troubleshoot issues efficiently. The ideal candidate will also be able to provide detailed bug reports and product enhancement requests when necessary.
