This is a full time role that can be held from our San Francisco Hub.
What you'll do at Figma:

- Own day-to-day workplace operations, identifying and implementing improvements that enhance efficiency and the employee experience
- Manage the workplace ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution, clear communication, and consistent follow-through
- Coordinate office repairs, maintenance, and vendor partnerships, escalating issues as needed
- Support and manage onsite programs including food, snack, and beverage services
- Oversee office supply inventory, restocking, organization, and ordering for shared spaces
- Support space planning, furniture moves, and layout updates, partnering with internal teams as needed
- Assist with internal events, offsite coordination, health & safety protocols, and workplace budgeting support
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- 2+ years of experience in workplace operations, facilities, or office management - ideally within a high-growth startup or tech environment, including experience supporting executive-level stakeholders
- A strong customer service and hospitality mindset, paired with the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-volume environments while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Proven experience managing vendors, workplace programs, and day-to-day facilities operations, with a solution-oriented and proactive approach
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills, including the ability to clearly document processes and prioritize competing requests
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively, taking ownership, exercising sound judgment, and contributing to an inclusive and supportive workplace experience
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
- Event Management experience
- Project Management experience
- CPR/AED Certification
