Responsibilities Vendor Payable Process Management: Implement vendor set up, ensure complete, accurate and timely processing of vendor payments and employee expenses through NetSuite and Concur.

Contract Compliance: Ensure vendor invoices and payment processing align with contractual agreements and internal requirements for multiple legal entities across EU jurisdictions with local VAT regulations.

Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with project teams, vendors, and the FGS Global finance team to record costs timely, especially third‑party costs and employee expenses that can be rebilled to clients. Coordinate with Global Treasury to drive an efficient payment process.
