We are seeking a passionate and skilled Front-End Developer to join our dynamic team at Groww. In this role, you will be responsible for building engaging, high-performance user-facing applications that enhance our customers' experience. Your work will involve designing and implementing scalable UI/UX solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our digital products are both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional. You will play a key role in driving product development through the entire software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment and maintenance. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related fields, or equivalent practical experience. You should have 2-3 years of hands-on experience developing web applications using ReactJS, Typescript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Familiarity with tools and libraries such as webpack, Redux, Redux-thunk, Node.js, JIRA, and Jenkins is essential. A strong understanding of data structures and programming concepts, coupled with an obsessive attention to detail in product and design intricacies, is required. Build user-facing journeys with a focus on delivering a seamless and engaging customer experience.

Design and realize visually appealing yet performant UI/UX solutions, collaborating with team members to elevate the overall quality of the product.

Drive product and feature development throughout the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Proactively identify and resolve problems within the codebase or team processes to improve efficiency and quality.

Participate in regular peer code reviews to maintain code quality and sanity.

Maintain and upgrade existing codebases as needed, ensuring continued performance and security.
