The role

As part of its growth and organizational development, our client is looking for an Operations & Project Coordinator.

Acting as a key link between internal teams, suppliers, and field operations, you will be involved throughout the full project lifecycle-from purchase order receipt to final invoicing.

Key responsibilities

1. Operations coordination

Plan and coordinate field technicians' schedules

Prepare installation files (documents, project details)

Monitor ongoing projects (timelines, equipment, progress)

2. Project management

Take ownership of projects upon receipt of client purchase orders

Track deadlines and ensure timely delivery

Adjust projects based on field realities

Collaborate closely with sales and technical teams

3. Procurement & supply chain

Manage supplier orders related to projects

Source the best purchasing conditions

Monitor inventory and supply timelines

4. Administrative follow-up & invoicing

Update orders based on project adjustments

Ensure accurate and progressive billing

Maintain consistency between estimates, execution, and invoicing

Your profile

Core competencies

Strong organizational and prioritization skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindset

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, less structured environment

Strong communication skills (internal and external stakeholders)

Experience

Experience in project coordination, operations, or procurement

Experience in the following sectors is a plus:

Audiovisual

Construction / technical / industrial environments

Technical skills

Strong Excel skills (tracking, reporting, analysis)

Comfortable with ERP or management systems

Bilingual (spoken and written)
