Construction/Real Estate Attorney

FBT Gibbons is seeking an attorney to join the Real Estate Practice Group in any of its offices.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of construction law experience within a Real Estate Practice Group
• Ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex construction and construction-related contracts across all project delivery methods (design-bid-build, design-build, CM-at-risk, EPC) for various building types
• Experience advising clients on risk mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle
• Familiarity with professional services agreements and industry-standard contract forms (AIA, ConsensusDocs)
• Strong academic record with excellent research and writing skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Compensation

The salary ranges for this role reflects a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.

West Virginia: $160,00-$210,000

Kentucky: $180,000-$230,000

Indiana, Ohio, Pittsburgh: $190,000-$240,000

New Jersey, Philadelphia, Delaware: $200,000-$250,000

California, Colorado, New York, Tennessee, Texas, Washington, D.C.: $215,000-$265,000

Associates are also eligible for:

• Quarterly and annual objective bonuses, with maximum objective bonus opportunities ranging from approximately $14,000 to $22,000 per year, depending on associate level
• Annual subjective bonus
