Role Description The Lab Technologist role at Fatimid Foundation is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The Lab Technologist will perform routine and specialized laboratory tests related to blood banking and hematology, including sample collection, preparation, and analysis. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, adhering to standard operating procedures, and ensuring accurate test results for patient diagnosis and treatment. The role also involves implementing quality control measures, documenting results, assisting in compliance with regulatory and safety standards, and collaborating with medical and technical staff. The Lab Technologist will support the organization’s mission by contributing to safe transfusion practices and continuous improvement in laboratory services.

Qualifications

• BS in MLT
• Strong Medical Technology knowledge and applied Laboratory Skills for blood banking and hematological testing.
• Ability to operate, calibrate, and maintain Laboratory Equipment in accordance with safety and regulatory guidelines
