Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician to join our team, specializing in installation, service, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Duties

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure system efficiency and longevity
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals for accurate installation and repairs
• Conduct plumbing work related to HVAC systems as needed
• Utilize welding skills for system repairs or modifications when required
• Work with boilers, appliances, and other mechanical components associated with HVAC systems
• Diagnose mechanical issues using specialized tools and diagnostic equipment
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes
• Maintain detailed service records and documentation of all work performed
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HVAC installation, service, or maintenance roles
• Mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems, boilers, appliances, plumbing, and construction processes
• Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately
• Welding skills are a plus; experience with boiler systems or appliance repair is desirable
• Construction experience or mechanic background is advantageous
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose complex mechanical issues
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to HVAC work environments
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various settings

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
