Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, maintenance, and diagnostics, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties

• Diagnose and repair a variety of automotive issues using schematics, diagnostic tools, and hand tools
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid replacements
• Utilize power tools and welding equipment for repairs and assembly tasks
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and vehicle repair guides
• Conduct heavy lifting of vehicle parts and components safely and efficiently
• Maintain detailed records of repairs and services performed
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and quality expectations
• Assist with vehicle inspections and prepare vehicles for customer pickup
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance needs clearly

Requirements

• Strong mechanical knowledge of various vehicle systems and components
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics reading
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work with heavy parts regularly
• Experience with automotive repair, maintenance, assembly, and troubleshooting
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a dynamic environment
• Valid driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory depending on job duties
