We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Agronomist with extensive experience in hydroponics cultivation of vine crops. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our advanced hydroponics farm operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage cultivation of vine crops including Bell Peppers, Cherry Tomatoes, and Seedless Cucumbers

Develop and implement optimal fertigation schedules

Operate and maintain auto fertigation machines

Implement integrated pest management strategies

Monitor crop health and implement preventive and corrective measures

Conduct detailed crop performance analysis

Support farm technology implementation and crop optimization

Requirements

~4-5 years of professional experience as an Agronomist

~ Proven expertise in hydroponic cultivation of:

• Bell Peppers
• Cherry Tomatoes
• Seedless Cucumbers

~ Advanced proficiency in:

• Auto Fertigation Machine operation
• Fertigation scheduling techniques
• Integrated Pest Management
• Deep understanding of crop nutrition and disease management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field
