Your strong leadership and credit expertise will enable you to manage risk, support team performance, and build meaningful partnerships internally and externally. \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nIf you are a strategic leader, strong communicator, and collaborative partner who thrives in a dynamic, relationship-focused environment and is motivated by delivering business results and community impact, this might be the role for you! \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWhat you’ll do\r\n\r\n\r\n\tLead, coach, and develop a district sales and operations team to achieve business objectives and strengthen performance \r\n\tOversee and manage the district loan portfolio, including revenue, expenses, and portfolio quality \r\n\tDevelop and execute district business plans, including lending, marketing, and sales strategies \r\n\tSupport and guide teams on credit processes, compliance, due diligence, and risk management \r\n\tBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal partners, industry stakeholders, financial institutions, and government representatives \r\n\tChampion corporate initiatives, change management, and community development activities \r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWhat you’ll bring to the team\r\n\r\nRequired qualifications:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tBachelor’s degree in agricultural finance, business, commerce, or a related field \r\n\tMinimum 7 years of experience in lending, financial services, or agriculture/agri-business \r\n\tExtensive knowledge of agricultural industry practices and lending principles \r\n\tProven expertise in loan portfolio management, credit processes, and risk management \r\n\tStrong leadership, coaching, and performance management experience \r\n\tExcellent communication, networking, and relationship management skills \r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nPreferred qualifications: \r\n\r\n\r\n\tExperience developing leadership capability and future successors while fostering accountability and driving execution through other\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nNot sure you meet every requirement?
