What will you do? 

Our Software Development Engineer provides cutting-edge software development support by analyzing business requirements to design and develop appropriate system solutions. They bring proven expertise in designing, developing, deploying, monitoring, and supporting scalable systems and agentic platforms, leveraging AI and cloud technologies to deliver exceptional results. They also collaborate closely with Architects to ensure that applications align with company service level standards and roadmap requirements.  

 

 

 

Your Primary Responsibilities will include:  

  • Analyze and Design Solutions: Analyze and translate complex business requirements and acceptance criteria into functional and non-functional system requirements. Design strong, scalable, reusable, and reliable technical solutions that address business needs and present these effectively via POCs or flow diagrams 

  • Full-Stack Development: Drive full-stack engineering efforts by developing scalable Salesforce solutions that integrate both front-end and back-end customization, including Lightning Web Components, Aura, Apex, and enhanced system integrations. Implement multi-platform services using tools like React/Next.js, TypeScript, Java Spring Boot, Node.js, or Python. Build customer-focused UIs and foster seamless integrations across Salesforce and external/internal systems while maintaining strong accessibility standards 

  • Salesforce Development: Develop and maintain functionality for Salesforce platform applications, creating front-end Aura and/or LWC components and backend custom objects with Apex code. Build custom UIs and integrate Salesforce with other applications.  

  • AgentForce and Agentic Platform Expertise: Implement, customize, and maintain agentic platforms like AgentForce to fulfill platform-specific business needs and automation requirements effectively. Demonstrate expertise in using agentic solutions to scale operations within Salesforce environments 

  • Cloud Development & AWS Services: Integrate and deploy services on AWS using industry-standard practices for authentication and integration.  Built AWS stacks using services like API Gateway, IAM roles, and OAuth for secure and reliable cloud operations and leveraged EC2/EKS for compute and S3/RDS for storage. 

  • AI-Powered Development: Build and deploy AI-driven features within applications, utilizing tools like Copilot, Codex, or similar AI technologies. Demonstrate experience in completing multiple development cycles that integrate AI to improve system functionality, automation, and predictive capabilities.

  • CI/CD and DevOps: Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce app deployments using tools like GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins. Implement best practices for infrastructure automation using tools like Terraform, ARM, or Bicep, and align build/release strategies with Salesforce platform requirements.  

  • Collaborate and Support: Work in an Agile/Scrum environment with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders. Provide production support and onboard new team members.  

  • Monitor and Improve Systems: Collaborate with Site Reliability Engineers to ensure applications meet performance, reliability, security, and operational standards. Leverage AI tools to boost productivity and improve applications with AI-powered features.

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to both internal and external stakeholders. 

What do you need to be successful in this role?  

  • 5+ years of proven experience as a full-stack developer with advanced Salesforce development expertise.  

  • Strong hands-on skills in Salesforce development (Aura, Lightning Web Components, Apex), System Administration, and Platform App Builder.  

  • Deep understanding of AgentForce or similar agentic platforms, with successful implementation experience as a core contributor.  

  • Proven ability to leverage AI-assisted development workflows and tools to optimize design and predictive features.  

  • Experienced in developing/integrating scalable services on AWS, with solid knowledge of authentication/integration best practices (e.g., API Gateway, IAM role strategies, OAuth).  

  • Well-versed in relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, CosmosDB).  

  • Exceptional knowledge of core web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) with a focus on standards compliance, accessibility, and a seamless user experience.  

  • Strong object-oriented programming skills and Agile methodology experience.  

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent field, coupled with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

The annual base pay for this position is: $152,200.00 - $228,400.00
