Construction Project Manager

Job Summary

The Construction Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising construction projects from start to completion. The role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to quality standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall construction site operations and project execution.
• Plan project schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
• Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site staff.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and suppliers.
• Control project costs and monitor budget performance.
• Conduct site meetings and prepare progress reports.
• Identify and resolve technical and operational issues at the site.
• Ensure proper documentation and record keeping.
• Support project planning, risk assessment, and resource management.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management.
• Familiarity with project planning and scheduling tools.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
