As an Infrastructure Support Specialist at EY's Client Experience Centre (CEC) in Bangalore, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and securing the production infrastructure supporting the CEC. Your role will involve working with a variety of technologies including Nutanix-based virtualization, OpenShift clusters, Dell Precision servers, Netgear switches, backup and storage systems, and AV rack room equipment. You will also be involved in user access, security, compliance, and hybrid cloud integration. Your deep experience in enterprise infrastructure, virtualization, networking, and security will be crucial for ensuring operational excellence and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day operation, monitoring, and maintenance of core infrastructure including Nutanix clusters, OpenShift environments, Dell Precision servers, and associated storage.
• Manage, monitor, and maintain Netgear switches and networking equipment for optimal performance, uptime, and security.
• Maintain and support equipment in the AV rack room including servers, network switches, backup appliances, and related hardware.
• Oversee configuration, patching, and lifecycle management of production servers (Linux and Windows) including control plane infrastructure, worker GPU, and AI model nodes.
• Administer backup and disaster recovery solutions using Veeam Backup, ensuring regular backup, restore, and DR testing in line with data retention policies.
• Manage user access permissions and security policies across all infrastructure components including Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, VPN/RDP gateways, and ensure compliance with EY security standards.
• Support hybrid cloud integration (Azure) including DNS forwarding, application gateways, and secure connectivity between on-premises and cloud environments.
• Maintain and support the integrated Tech Lab infrastructure, monitoring DNS, network, and firewall connectivity between Tech Lab and CEC Production environments.
• Proactively monitor system health, performance, and capacity, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors for advanced support.
• Maintain accurate documentation of infrastructure assets, configurations, network diagrams, and change management records.
• Collaborate with AV, application, and development teams for new deployments, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, best practices, and compliance frameworks relevant to enterprise infrastructure and security.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7-10 years of hands-on experience in enterprise infrastructure support, virtualization, and networking.
• Strong experience with Nutanix clusters, OpenShift or Kubernetes, Dell Precision servers, and Netgear switches.
• Proficiency in backup and disaster recovery solutions, storage management, and server lifecycle operations.
• Solid understanding of Windows and Linux server administration, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and remote access solutions.
• Knowledge of hybrid cloud integration, security best practices, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-availability client-facing environment.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Nutanix, Red Hat, or Microsoft certifications.
• Experience with GPU virtualization, AI/ML infrastructure, and high-performance computing.
• Familiarity with AV rack room environments and support for AV/IT convergence.
• Experience with compliance audits and security incident response.
