Registered Practical Nurse Evening Shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute patient-oriented nursing care and assessments
• Document and communicate changes in resident conditions
• Manage medication administration and treatment compliance
• Provide education and support to residents and families
• Coordinate care delivery among nursing staff Requirements:
• Active RPN registration in Ontario
• Preferred experience in seniors' care
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certified
