Customer Service Administrator - entry level

Express Employment Professionals, Delta/ Richmond, is hiring for an entry level Customer Service Administrator for our client company in the transportation industry located on Annacis Island of Delta, BC. This is an evaluation hire leading to long term with the right working attitude. New and hardworking immigrants are very welcome!

Responsibilities

• Invoicing
• Computer data entry - especially in Excel
• Dealing with customers and drivers on phone

Requirements

• Customer service experience via phone and email
• Data Entry experience
• MS Office fluency, especially MS Excel
• Good English fluency; Punjabi or Hindi could be a strong asset

Monday to Friday, either morning to 3pm start times, 9-11pm end times. Required to work overtime between 1-3 hours/ day. Overtime is paid at 1.5 rate after 8 hrs/ day.

Pay is $17.85/ hour, 4% vacation pay on every pay period. Stat when eligible.
