Your Role: You’ll manage and streamline 150+ transactions, keep clients informed, coordinate inspections and repairs, ensure all documents are completed on time, and help deliver smooth, seamless closings.

We’re Looking For:

• 5 years of experience as a Transaction Coordinator (real estate preferred)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to manage 80+ transactions in a pipeline
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and growth-minded
• Weekend availability when needed
• If with kids, must have reliable childcare in place during working hours to prevent distraction.
