EXPERIENCED AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIANS

Exclusive Motorcars is currently looking to hire experienced Automotive Technicians. We are specifically looking for technicians with 5+ years of Auto Tech / Mechanic experience ONLY! We are looking for EXPERIENCED, CAREER-MINDED individuals ONLY. Strong Diagnostic experience is a MAJOR PLUS. MD state inspection license is a PLUS. Prior dealership experience is a PLUS. We are offering top pay and a comprehensive benefits package. Up to $5,000 sign-on bonus available for the right candidates!

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair.
• Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts.
• Save and tag parts if the job is under warranty or if requested by the customer.
• Examine the vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required
• Notify service advisor immediately if additional work outlined is not needed or required.
• Notify service advisor immediately if repairs cannot be completed within the time promised.
• Document work performed.
• Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations, such as those governing the disposal of hazardous wastes.
• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor.

Requirements

• Automotive Service Tech Experience REQUIRED
• ASE Certifications are a PLUS
• Strong Diagnostic Skills are a PLUS
• Ability to Train and Lead Others
• A Strong Communicator, with the Ability to Interact with Team Members and Customers
• A Working Knowledge of Digital Resources Available to Assist Repairs
• The Ability to Work Independently and Stay on Task

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
