Pay: ₹248.13 per hour
Customer Service Agent (Chat/Email Process)
START DATE: Within Next 1 Week.
YOU MUST HAVE A LAPTOP/PC FOR THIS ROLE WITH A MINIMUM 15 INCH SCREEN. THE ROLE IS 5 DAYS PER WEEK (36-50 hours). Weekend work may/will be required. Ability to do Overtimes is a huge plus.

This is a contractor role so your responsible for your own local taxes, we will pay you via bank transfer monthly on or before the 5th of the following month for the previous calendar months earnings.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Handling customer queries on Web Chat, E-mails and Social Media as per company procedure
Identify and escalate priority issues to the Team Leader and Ops Team
Actively participate in team meetings
Willing to work at given time between 1:30 pm - 10pm UK ~ 7:00 pm - 3:30 am IST, Monday - Sunday or any shift between 7am - 10pm UK Time assigned by the scheduler based on the client's requirement. Key Performance Indicators:
Handle all queries in a polite, professional manner
Probe and troubleshoot customer queries, and provide a suitable and satisfactory solution
Escalate any issues to the Team Leader
Achieve agreed KPIs and Objectives
Adhere strictly to shift schedules
Adhere to laid down internal policies, procedures and processes Work collaboratively with the team Qualifications
Passionate about customer care
Good typing skill
Fluent in written and spoken English
Must be time flexible and able to work including Public holidays and weekends
Positive attitude
Able to work well under pressure and under minimum supervision A fast learner who is able to work with set targets
Job Location: Remote (Anywhere in India)
