Nous recherchons un CPA avec 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en comptabilité immobilière ou dans un cabinet comptable pour superviser les rapports financiers de notre portefeuille immobilier. Ce poste convient parfaitement à une personne souhaitant évoluer dans un environnement dynamique et entrepreneurial.
Responsabilités principales
- Gérer la comptabilité complète de plusieurs propriétés
- Préparer les états financiers conformes aux normes NCECF
- Analyser les écarts, répartir les coûts, et réviser les états des résultats et bilans
- Superviser les baux, les loyers, les dépenses et les recouvrements
- Diriger les processus budgétaires et les prévisions financières
- Coordonner avec les auditeurs, les conseillers fiscaux et les institutions bancaires
- Maintenir les systèmes comptables
- Contribuer aux projets stratégiques sous la direction du VP Finance
- Assurer la conformité aux contrôles internes et aux politiques de l’entreprise

- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en immobilier
- Excellente connaissance des NCECF et compétences en analyse financière
- Minutieux, organisé, autonome

- Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and banks
- Maintain accounting systems
- Assist with strategic projects under VP Finance
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies

- Strong ASPE knowledge and financial analysis skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-driven
- Bilingual (English and French) is an asset
