The Opportunity
Evvolve & Partners is a financial advisory firm operating across North America, Europe, and the Middle East. We are building internal tools and custom platforms that power how our team operates day to day. We move fast, we build things that get used, and we care deeply about the quality of what we ship.
We are looking for an Automation & Software Engineer to join us remotely and take full ownership of the technical side of our internal stack.
What you will be working on
- Designing and building internal tools and custom platforms from the ground up
- Implementing complex automation workflows and business logic across our systems
- Integrating multiple internal and external APIs into a cohesive, reliable stack
- Full-stack development spanning frontend interfaces, backend services, and database architecture
- Owning the reliability of what you ship — including maintenance, debugging, and continuous improvement
- Working closely with leadership to translate operational needs into clean technical solutions
What we are looking for
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with a track record of shipping production-ready code
- Deep experience with APIs, webhooks, and multi-system integrations
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS on the frontend
- Solid backend experience — server-side logic, relational and non-relational databases, data pipelines
- Hands-on experience integrating LLMs or AI agents into real production workflows
- Experience with CRM systems and workflow automation at scale
- Proven background building internal tooling for fast-moving, operational teams
- Systems thinker — you consider edge cases, failure modes, and data integrity before they become problems
- Comfortable working autonomously in an async-first environment
- Able to show us real work — a live product, a GitHub, or something tangible
