Associate Electrical Software Test Engineer (Graduate / Junior)

The Role
We’re looking for graduate/junior engineers to join a cutting-edge engineering team working on RF and electrical system testing for advanced communication platforms.
This is a hands-on role across hardware, RF systems, and test automation, ideal for someone early in their career looking to build real-world experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support testing and validation of RF and electrical systems
- Execute test plans and procedures
- Assist with hardware bring-up and debugging
- Use lab equipment (oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers)
- Develop basic automation scripts (Python/C/C++)
- Analyze test data and support root cause investigations
- Collaborate with hardware, RF, and systems teams
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar
- Internship, co-op, or project experience in:
- Hardware testing / RF / embedded systems
- Exposure to:
- Python or C/C++
- Lab equipment (oscilloscope, signal generator, etc.)
- Basic understanding of:
- RF fundamentals or communication systems
- Strong hands-on mindset and willingness to learn
Nice to Have
- Experience with:
- VNAs, spectrum analyzers, RF measurements
- Projects involving:
- PCB design, embedded systems, or RF testing
- Background in:
- Aerospace, defense, telecom, or robotics
