Security Operations Center Program Manager

Clearance: TS/SCI with CI poly required

Location: Fort Meade, MD (Onsite)

The SOC Program Manager overseas daily operations including intrusion monitoring, triage analysis escalation/communication of events, gathering and reporting on current threat intelligence data, carrying out ‘first responder’ responsibilities associated with security incidents, and containing, eradicating, recovering and analyzing incident events within a 24/7 operation.

Essential Duties

• Understand IT systems security architecture and testing, as well as privacy related risks and controls.
• Serve as the authorized interface with the Contracting Officer, Oversight Manager, Technical Monitors, and other Government personnel and contractors.
• Manage a complex, multi-task information technology security and privacy contract
• Formulate and enforce work standards, assign contractor work schedules, and review all
• work products and services
• Supervise contractor personnel, and communicate policies, purposes, and goals of the
• organization to subordinates
• Plan, organize, and prioritize work managing multiple tasks in a highly-complex, dynamic
• Environment
• Analyze metrics to improve overall effectiveness
• Ensure deadlines and budget commitments are met

Qualifications

A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or other

related discipline is preferred. At least five (5) years of general information systems experience, seven

• years of experience related to information security, and seven (7) years of project management

Experience. CISSP Or Equivalent Certification Highly Preferred.
