Job Title: Head Human Resources (HR Head)

Location: Gurgaon

Experience Required: 8 to 10 Years

Salary Range: 10 to 12 LPA

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR professional to lead and manage the Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving organizational growth through effective workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention strategies. This role requires a mature professional capable of handling end-to-end HR responsibilities and aligning HR initiatives with business expansion goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Workforce Planning

  • Assess and plan manpower requirements aligned with organizational growth and expansion plans
  • Analyze location-wise employee strength and recommend optimal workforce distribution
  • Develop hiring plans across multiple levels and geographies

2. Talent Acquisition & Hiring

  • Manage and oversee the complete 360-degree recruitment lifecycle
  • Design and implement hiring strategies for different roles and locations
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective hiring while maintaining quality standards

3. Budgeting & Cost Management

  • Plan and manage budgets for manpower sourcing and recruitment activities
  • Develop compensation structures and ensure salary benchmarking within industry standards
  • Monitor HR costs and optimize resource allocation

4. Performance Management & Appraisals

  • Design and implement performance appraisal systems
  • Drive performance culture and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Support leadership in performance evaluation and development planning

5. Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Develop and execute strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention
  • Address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment
  • Implement initiatives for employee development and career progression
