Job Description
As a member of the finance professionals team at Equinix, you will be part of the GL Team responsible for US GAAP month-end closing, analytical reviews, journal entries, mergers and acquisitions, statutory financial statements, audit engagement, and business partnering. - *Key Responsibilities**:
- Take full ownership of a number of operational entities and ensure a clear understanding of all company activities and ledgers.
- Collaborate regularly with various finance teams including Revenue, Fixed Assets, Lease, AP/AR, FP&A, and Global accounting operations teams.
- Prioritize workload effectively and work with the team to meet ambitious deadlines.
- *Qualifications**:
- 5 years of GL accounting experience
- Experience with US GAAP closing
- Experience in External reporting including statutory financial statements
- Extensive knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud would be a plus
- Accounting Degree or similar professional qualification
- Experience working in a Multi-National Corporation a plus
