Treasury Analyst Associate

In this role, you'll play a key part in driving the company's financial health by managing cash flow, forecasting liquidity, supporting financial reporting, and contributing to strategic risk management initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with teams across Accounting, FP&A, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and external banking partners to optimize treasury operations, strengthen internal controls, and support high-impact financial initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to influence business decisions, improve financial processes, and make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

What you'll be doing

• Assist with daily cash positioning and liquidity management activities
• Monitor bank account balances and treasury transactions
• Support wire transfers, ACH activity, and banking administration
• Prepare banking documentation, signatory records, and compliance files
• Support debt management, investment tracking, and intercompany funding activities
• Partner with Accounting to ensure accurate recording of treasury transactions
• Assist with treasury system maintenance and process improvements
• Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reports for leadership
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, SOX requirements, and company policies

What you'll likely bring

• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Experience with treasury management systems (Kyriba, GTreasury, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Exposure to banking platforms
• Understanding of financial statements and cash flow analysis
• CTP, or progress toward certification is a plus

• High school diploma
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
