Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform using Terraform
• Implement security best practices
• Build developer tooling and automation to improve efficiency
• Maintain and enhance production applications
• Monitor system alerts and logs, troubleshoot code issues, and ensure the reliability and scalability of our infrastructure

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field
• 5+ years of experience with Terraform on Google Cloud Platform
• Deep, hands-on experience with GCP (compute, network, storage, alerting, monitoring, security)
• Strong experience using GitHub for collaboration and automation
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex systems and code issues
• Experience deploying single and multi-tenant applications
• Hands-on experience working with multi-cloud or hybrid environments
• History of launching personal web projects with real users

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $135,000 - $160,000.
