As we scale our business, we're looking for a driven Business Development Executive / Sales Development Representative who can help us expand our client base and onboard long-term enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities - Generate qualified leads for software development and IT services

  • Prospect and engage potential clients via LinkedIn, Upwork, freelance platforms, and other outbound channels
  • Identify enterprise and mid-market opportunities and manage the complete sales lifecycle
  • Conduct discovery calls, understand client requirements, and position EonixTech's services effectively
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and CRM
  • Collaborate with the technical and leadership teams to prepare proposals, estimates, and presentations
  • Close deals and onboard long-term, high-value clients
  • Build strategic partnerships and referral channels
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets Required Skills & Experience - Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development for software development / IT services
  • Proven experience selling:
  • Custom software development
  • SaaS solutions
  • Web & mobile applications
  • Cloud or enterprise solutions
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn lead generation, Upwork bidding, and other sales platforms
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience dealing with enterprise clients and decision-makers
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales targets
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines Nice to Have - Existing network of clients or partners
  • Experience working with international clients (US, Europe, Middle East)
  • Understanding of Agile / software delivery models
