Job Description
You will be joining EonixTech Solutions, a growing software development and consulting company that specializes in delivering scalable digital solutions to startups and enterprises worldwide. As a Business Development Executive / Sales Development Representative, your role will involve:
- Generating qualified leads for software development and IT services
- Prospecting and engaging potential clients through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, and freelance platforms
- Identifying enterprise and mid-market opportunities and managing the complete sales lifecycle
- Conducting discovery calls, understanding client requirements, and effectively positioning EonixTechs services
- Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline and CRM
- Collaborating with technical and leadership teams to prepare proposals, estimates, and presentations
- Closing deals and onboarding long-term, high-value clients
- Building strategic partnerships and referral channels
- Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets
In order to excel in this role, you should possess:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development for software development / IT services
- Proven experience in selling custom software development, SaaS solutions, web & mobile applications, cloud or enterprise solutions
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn lead generation, Upwork bidding, and other sales platforms
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience dealing with enterprise clients and decision-makers
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines
Additionally, it would be nice to have:
- An existing network of clients or partners
- Experience working with international clients (US, Europe, Middle East)
- Understanding of Agile/software delivery models
- Experience with outbound email campaigns and cold outreach
