Data Access Management Consultant

Location: Meota

Below is the specific experience that the team is looking for along with DAM exposure.

1. Access Governance & Control

• Understanding end‑to‑end user access lifecycle: provisioning, modification, and de‑provisioning.
• Should know Role‑Based Access Control (RBAC), Attribute‑Based Access Control (ABAC), and least‑privilege models.
• Must be aware of compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

2. Operations Support & Incident Handling

• Provide L1/L2 operational support for access‑related issues, incidents, and service requests.
• Perform root‑cause analysis for recurring access failures and drive permanent corrective actions.
• Escalate complex security and access issues to engineering or platform teams as needed.
• Adhere to defined SLAs, response timelines, and operational KPIs.

3. Tools & Platforms Experience

• Unix platform
• Service Now or similar ITSM tools
