- Understanding end‑to‑end user access lifecycle: provisioning, modification, and de‑provisioning.
- Should know Role‑Based Access Control (RBAC), Attribute‑Based Access Control (ABAC), and least‑privilege models.
- Must be aware of compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
2. Operations Support & Incident Handling
- Provide L1/L2 operational support for access‑related issues, incidents, and service requests.
- Perform root‑cause analysis for recurring access failures and drive permanent corrective actions.
- Escalate complex security and access issues to engineering or platform teams as needed.
- Adhere to defined SLAs, response timelines, and operational KPIs.
3. Tools & Platforms Experience
- Unix platform
- Service Now or similar ITSM tools
