Job Description Linux Administrator SME for support teams which includes Centralized SuperComputing Facility (CSCF) High Performance Computing and other contracts. Roles and Responsibilities * Administer and maintain Linux-based HPC infrastructure supporting classified computing environments.

• Install, configure, and maintain Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and associated system services.
• Manage patching, repository updates, and kernel modifications to maintain system functionality and security.
• Troubleshoot Linux kernel and system performance issues using diagnostic and debugging tools.
• Implement automation for system configuration, deployment, and patch management using tools such as Ansible.
• Support identity and access management services including LDAP and token-based authentication systems.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure availability and performance of HPC systems.
• Assist users and developers with system-level troubleshooting related to compute, storage, and networking issues.

Basic Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an AIS degree required plus 10 years of experience

• A minimum of 5 years of experience developing system software in heterogeneous, multi-platform environments
• Proficiency in Bourne/Bash and Expect scripting
• Proficiency in debugging issues with the Linux kernel including examining source code, system logs, and using tools such a crash and systemtap
• Experience with managing Satellite repositories to apply patches and build custom kernels as required to implement functionality or address security concerns
• Familiarity with automating approaches to configuring and maintaining (e.g. patching) systems using Ansible and Satellite Server
• Understanding and experience working with identity management systems including LDAP and token-based authentication systems

Pay Range $105,000-$155,000 The Ennoble First pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
