Enexis is evolving into an IT-driven company. Many departments are now using business process modeling to automate their processes and workflows. To gain a performance edge, Enexis has adopted Flowable technology within a Node.js/JavaScript/TypeScript stack in an AWS context. Due to the success of these implementations, there is a growing demand for our solutions. We are looking for a BPM developer with substantial expertise in TypeScript/Node.js to join our business teams.

Team and Culture

You will have the autonomy to work on problems with your team of approximately five engineers, translating Enexis value chain requirements into smart solutions. You will collaborate closely with various teams to create, improve, and maintain complex process flows in modern environments.

How You Approach It

You will collaborate with a team that includes product owners, architects, and engineers, following a SAFe/agile framework. Your role involves automating business processes using Flowable technology and utilizing TypeScript/Node.js for backend development (excluding frontend). Your responsibilities include developing high-quality code, ensuring this quality through automated testing and code reviews, as well as implementing security measures to protect the code and systems.

You take on challenges with

• Hands-on experience with Flowable or similar Business Process Management packages such as Camunda.
• We expect you to be a team player who is naturally curious and willing to ask colleagues about functional and technical issues you encounter. You should be proactive in suggesting improvements.
• You should have extensive knowledge of several of the following technologies and expertise: TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, RESTful APIs, SOAP services, DocumentDB (e.g., MongoDB), CI/CD tooling, Cloud, JIRA, GIT and Security.
• You must be fluent in at least one programming language and have a good command of Dutch and/or English.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and SAFe is advantageous.

• 24.5 vacation days for full-time employment. Need more recharging time? Use your personal budget and 13th month to buy up to 35.5 additional leave days.
