Qualification:

• B.Tech / B.E / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Freshers with Solar / Renewable Energy exposure preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist senior engineers in solar EPC project execution
• Support site survey, installation & commissioning activities
• Learn DC & AC side solar system components (modules, inverters, structures, cables)
• Monitor daily site activities and prepare basic reports
• Coordinate with site supervisors, vendors & contractors
• Support testing, commissioning & handover documentation
• Follow safety and quality standards at project sites

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of solar power plant components
• Understanding of electrical fundamentals
• Willingness to learn solar EPC & site execution
• Good communication & teamwork skills
• Ready to travel to project locations

Preferred (Added Advantage):

• Internship / training in solar industry
• Knowledge of rooftop or utility-scale solar projects
• Basic understanding of drawings (SLD / layout)
