We’re hiring an AI Engineer who builds with AI. This is not a passive “learn AI on the job” role. It’s for someone who has prototypes, ships, and experiments—turning real operational problems into working software. You’ll work directly with senior leaders across supply chain and operations, building agentic AI tools that solve real business problems and get used in production.

Primary Responsibilities

• Build and ship AI-powered and agentic solutions focused on supply chain and operations
• Rapidly prototype and iterate—POCs in days, not quarters
• Apply LLMs to real-world data using RAG, fine ‑ tuning, and agent frameworks
• Build internal tools, automations, and dashboards that drive measurable impact
• Partner with senior leaders to translate business friction into working software
• Evaluate and integrate emerging AI tools and frameworks
• Clearly explain what you build through demos and practical walkthroughs

Required Experience

• A recent graduate (0–3 years of experience)
• Background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field
• You’ve built real AI projects and can show them (side projects count)
• Strong Python, APIs, version control, and basic system design
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (prompting, RAG, fine ‑ tuning, or agentic frameworks)
• Able to explain technical concepts simply to non ‑ technical partners
