Requirements
- Certification from a recognized personal training or fitness organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA)
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics to inform safe exercise prescription
- Proven experience in personal training, group fitness instruction, or sports coaching
- Ability to design effective workout programs that align with clients’ goals and abilities
- Excellent communication skills for teaching physical education and motivating clients
