Software Engineer L1 (Frontend/Web – React/Vue) | Mission-Focused Program
Job Description
We are seeking a Software Engineer (TS/SCI Cleared) with a focus on modern web development to support a mission-critical program within the Intelligence Community. This role centers on building responsive, data-driven user interfaces and integrating with backend services in a secure, containerized environment.
You’ll work alongside a strong engineering team delivering impactful capabilities to end users in real-time operational settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain modern web applications using React or VueJS
- Integrate frontend components with backend services via REST APIs
- Contribute to backend services using Node.js and/or Python as needed
- Collaborate in Agile teams to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions
- Support deployment and testing in containerized environments
- Assist with performance optimization and UI/UX improvements
Required Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI clearance (or higher)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong experience with:
- React or VueJS
- JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals
- RESTful API integration
- Experience with Node.js and/or Python
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to containerization tools (Docker, Buildx)
- Basic Kubernetes knowledge (kubectl commands, deployments, debugging)
